Warranty & Service

We provide full support cycle: from warranty repair to scheduled maintenance.

Warranty terms

The warranty period for equipment ranges from 12 to 36 months depending on the manufacturer and equipment type. The warranty period is indicated in the product passport and warranty card.

During the warranty period, we repair defects caused by the manufacturer free of charge, including replacement of faulty components.

Warranty does not cover

  • Mechanical damage caused by improper use
  • Damage from power supply non-compliance with equipment requirements
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
  • Consumables and accessories

Service & Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance

Regular inspection and calibration of equipment per manufacturer recommendations.

Emergency repair

Engineer on-site within 24-48 hours after request across Kazakhstan.

Spare parts

Supply of original spare parts directly from the manufacturer.

Staff training

We train medical and technical staff to operate the equipment.
